If you are not satisfied with Nostalyia, you can request a full refund of any payment within 30 days of that payment, for any reason. There is no form to fill in and no explanation required. We will refund the full amount of that payment.How to request a refund
Email contact@nostalyia.im from the address on your account, within 30 days of the payment you want refunded, and ask for a refund. That is all we need.How refunds are issued
Refunds are made through our payment processor, Stripe, back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once we approve a refund it is typically processed within a few business days, although the time for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.What happens to your account after a refund
Requesting a refund cancels your subscription. As described in our Terms of Service, your instance is then suspended and permanently deleted after the grace period, or removed promptly if you choose to delete your account. Please export anything you want to keep before requesting a refund.Renewals and cancellation
The 30-day guarantee applies to every payment, including renewals: you can request a full refund within 30 days of any charge. You can also cancel at any time to stop future renewals. After the 30-day window, a payment is non-refundable except where a refund is required by the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.Your statutory rights
